We have various initiatives such a blockchain and crypto conference, C3 Crypto Conference in Berlin, an advertising agency to support STO\u2018s and blockchain projects, and a news and learning platform CryptoTicker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESPONSIBILITES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts focused on direct response and performance<\/li><li>Ongoing recommendations for campaign growth, enhancement, and innovations<\/li><li>Responsible for implementing PPC strategy, identifying tactics for the proper management of campaigns<\/li><li>Assists in managing client relationships by balancing their day-to-day needs and their long-term objectives<\/li><li>Compilation of performance results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations<\/li><li>Analyzing and researching the target audience&#8217;s character, purchasing and media habits, and using that research to develop a media strategy<\/li><li>Remaining on top of the search industry<\/li><li>Collaborating with other departments within the company<\/li><li>Establishing priorities and providing detailed goals, expectations and performance standards<\/li><li>Relates important decisions and actions to the big picture<br> Requirements<\/li><li>Experience in managing PPC and Paid Media for innovative companies<\/li><li>In-depth understanding of different digital and social channels<\/li><li>Must be a native English speaker (additional languages are a PLUS)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NICE TO HAVE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Work experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain projects is a PLUS<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li><li>Ability to work in super-fast paced, internet environment with self-sufficient abilities <\/li><li>Strong relationship builder<\/li><li>Being energetic with a proven track record in \u2018getting stuff done\u2019<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOU WILL GET<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lots of space to grow and shape our brands and products<\/li><li>A friendly and international team<\/li><li>Responsibility from day one and a steep learning curve<\/li><li>Join conferences, industry events and personal coaching sessions<\/li><li>Free drinks &amp; fruits<\/li><li>A beautiful office located in Berlin Mitte<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Is that you?
